Every quotation states currency, quantity, validity period and the agreed commercial basis.
Lead times, shipping costs and responsibilities, and payment terms are agreed before an order is accepted.
Typical commercial terms
These are our typical terms. The final terms for each order are always confirmed in writing before the order is accepted.
Shipping basis (Incoterms)
FOB Chittagong (CTG), Bangladesh as the standard basis — buyer arranges ocean freight from Chittagong. CIF to your destination port is quoted on request.
Payment
30% advance with order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. For larger first orders, an irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight can be arranged.
Bank details, exact Incoterms version, insurance and document sets are stated on each quotation and the final invoice.
