Quality control

Goods checked against what you agreed.

An in-house QC team checks purchased garments against the applicable requirements for each order.

Typical inspection checkpoints

  • Garment measurements against the agreed size chart
  • Construction and stitching
  • Fabric and color consistency
  • Visible defects
  • Size assortment
  • Quantities
  • Packing requirements

Checkpoints are confirmed for each order. We do not claim laboratory testing, formal certification or a guaranteed defect rate.

When something doesn't match

Discrepancies are documented and discussed with the supplier and the buyer so that a practical resolution can be agreed before shipment.
